How do I apply?
To begin, select your desired apartment on the Floor Plans page and then register for our online application. Then you can review our rental criteria, invite co-applicants, complete your application, and pay your application fees via Credit Card. We try to let you know your application results as quickly as possible, and most applications only take 1-2 business days.
What are the lease terms?
We offer 6-12 month leases depending on availability, as well as month to month options after your initial lease ends.
What does it cost to move in?
There is a $40 application fee per adult, and a $199 lease initiation fee. Security deposits are dependent on your background screening and start at $0 OAC.
Are utilities included in the cost?
No. Residents are responsible to pay for utilities. Water, sewer, trash, and CAM Fees are paid in addition to your rent to Landing Point Apartments. Electricity is with Rocky Mountain Power.
What's your pet policy?
We are PET FRIENDLY community. All pets must be accompanied on leashes when walking around the property.

Do you require apartment renter's insurance?
Yes. We do require a standard renter's insurance policy of $100,000 liability. If you do not have your own renter's insurance, we offer a liability waiver for $10 per month.
How do I pay the rent?
We are proud to offer EASY ONLINE PAYMENTS. You may access your online rent pay on a computer or mobile device. Or you can also pay with Money Gram Wire transfer anywhere this service is offered. Offline you may pay via a personal check or money order.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
Maintenance requests are responded to with in 24-72 hours. If it is an emergency, we will respond ASAP and offer an after-hours emergency call answering service.
What is the parking situation?
Our Community offers an assigned stall per apartment for $15 a month. We also have guest/extra parking available for extra cars.
Are there plans to update the building?
Our exterior was RENOVATED in the Summer of 2020. Interior renovations are ongoing.
What is the price range of your apartments?
The PRICE range at Landing Point changes with availability, please call our office for up to date pricing and move in specials.
What unit types or floorplans do you offer?
At Landing Point we offer the following floorplans:
- - Classic 1 & 2 Bedroom
- - RENOVATED 1 & 2 Bedroom: Newly renovated apartments come with carpet in the bedrooms and vinyl in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, TWO TONE paint, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, and QUARTZ countertops.
Do you have any current concessions or move in specials?
Move in specials are changing rapidly - please call our office for a current quote on discounts!
Can you give me directions to your apartment community?
We are conveniently located on the East Side of Redwood Road. Future resident parking is located in the South Parking lot as soon as you enter the community. The office is located on Redwood Road in the middle of the community.
Is there Public transportation nearby?
Yes. Landing Point Apartments is located just Blocks from the POWER STATION UTA TRAX.
Is there Washers/Dryers in the apartments?
Yes. We do have washer/dryer combos in select apartments. For those that do not have a washer/dryer in the apartment an on-site laundry facility is available for residents.
